We Build the SoftwareYour Business Runs On

A software development agency shipping custom platforms, SaaS products, mobile apps and the backends behind them. Design and engineering under one roof — and you own every line of it.

The stack we build on

  • React
  • Next.js
  • TypeScript
  • Node.js
  • Python
  • Go
  • PostgreSQL
  • Expo
  • Flutter
  • Swift
  • Kotlin
  • Docker
  • Kubernetes
  • Figma
How we work

Engineering decisions made in the open.

You see the architecture before the build starts and reviewable increments while it runs. No black box, no reveal at the end.

Performance is a requirement, not a phase

We set a budget at the start and measure against it in CI. A regression fails the build rather than surfacing in a launch-week audit.

39releases across six sprints

You get working software throughout

Work lands on staging in reviewable increments from the first sprint. Cadence rises as the foundation settles and the risky decisions are behind us.

What we build

Six ways we ship production software.

01 · Custom Software

Custom Software Development

Internal tools, workflow systems and platforms built around how a business actually operates.

  • TypeScript
  • Next.js
  • Node.js
  • PostgreSQL

02 · SaaS Platforms

SaaS Platform Development

Multi-tenant products with subscriptions, dashboards and role-based access.

  • PostgreSQL

Process

Six phases, from first callto handover.

Every phase ends with something in your hands — a document, a design, a release. Nothing is held back for a reveal at the end.

Phase 1 · Week 1

Discovery & Scope

We map the workflow, the data and the integrations before estimating anything. You leave the call with a firm timeline and a price range, not a promise to send one next week.

  • Workflow mapped, including the parts living in spreadsheets
  • Integration and data constraints identified
  • Firm timeline and price range, on the call

Our process in full

  1. Discovery & Scope (Week 1) — you receive: Scope document and price range.
  2. Architecture (Week 2) — you receive: Architecture decision record. Data model, service boundaries, hosting and the decisions that get expensive to reverse — settled and written down while they are still cheap to change.
    • Data model and service boundaries agreed
    • Hosting, scaling and cost envelope defined
    • Decisions written down, with the reasoning
  3. Design (Weeks 2–4) — you receive: Design system and screens. Interface design against the real data model, so screens reflect states the system can actually produce: empty, partial, failed and loading, not just the happy path.
    • Every screen drawn against real data shapes
    • Empty, partial, failed and loading states covered
    • Token-based system your team can extend
  4. Development (Weeks 4–12) — you receive: Working software, every sprint. You get reviewable increments on a staging environment throughout, not one reveal at the end. Every increment is something you can click through and send back.
    • Reviewable increments on staging from sprint one
    • Weekly demo and a written progress summary
    • Feedback folded in before the next increment
  5. QA & Launch (Weeks 12–14) — you receive: Production release. Automated test coverage on the paths that matter, load testing against realistic volumes, and a rollback plan agreed before anything reaches production.
    • Automated coverage on the critical paths
    • Load tested against realistic volumes
    • Rollback plan agreed before go-live
  6. Support & Iteration (Ongoing) — you receive: Handover pack and runbooks. Thirty days of defect support included. After that, a retainer or a clean handover — documentation and runbooks are written so taking it in-house is a real option.
    • 30 days of defect support included
    • Repository, infrastructure and docs transferred
    • Retainer or clean exit — your call
Engagements

Three ways to work with us.

Figures below are starting points, not quotes. You get a firm number after discovery — and in every model, the source code is yours.

Let’s talk

Tell us what you’re building.

A 30-minute call. Bring the problem, the constraints and the deadline — we will tell you what it takes to build, or that we are not the right firm for it.

  1. 01

A number on the first call

You leave with a firm timeline and a price range, not a promise to send one next week.

  2. 02

    Engineers, not account managers

You talk to the people writing the code. Nothing gets relayed through a layer that cannot answer.

  3. 03

    You own everything

Source code, infrastructure and documentation transfer to you. Taking it in-house is a real option.

Questions

The things technical buyers ask first.

You do, in full, from the first commit. We work in a repository you own where possible, or transfer ownership at handover where it is ours. That covers application code, infrastructure definitions, CI pipelines and design files. There is no licence-back arrangement and no component you keep paying us to use.
